I went here for an annual checkup and was charged $220 when my insurance totally covers annual checkups. They did not make this charge clear when I scheduled my appointment. On top of that the doctor was not very personable. I will never be going back!
I absolutely adore Family Medicine of Ashland. I was a patient of Amy Agena's when she was in Lincoln and gladly drive to Ashland to continue seeing her. She listens well, has a sense of humor, and is very down-to-earth. The entire staff is kind, thorough, and does an amazing job. I also have the ability to communicate simple requests easily through the portal, without needing to leave a phone message, like at other clinics.
