If you go for urgent care needing ultrasound or CT from the imaging department in next door, you should NOT come to this urgent care. The imaging department will let you wait for more than 2 hours until they finish taking care all patients with appointments. Your urgency means nothing to the imaging department. You sit in their waiting room suffering from your urgent pain watching other patients who had an appointment coming and going, very frustrated. You go to urgent care staff for help. The staff couldn’t help.

AVOID this Urgent Care, if you are using HSA plan. For a general cough diagnosis, got a bill of $760 SHOCKER. Read the reviews, especially 1-stars which is competing with 5-stars in numbers. I fully endorse the previous stinking reviews of other patients of this urgent care, as I am going through the same painful stories. I will cancel my Annual checkup also, as similar billing horror experiences at this hospital. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Worst provider you can have. They charged me for the services which they never rendered to me. Such a scam place.Inspite of multiple emails and messages they did not care about correcting my bill It's a hell place to get services from. Highly not recommended.
