My first visit was back in the COVID days. And why am I coming to leave a negative feedback after five years? Well, they told me back then this is the earliest available slot, and the next available window is 2037.
Just awful. Called every day for 2 weeks just to make an appointment and I never did get in touch with anyone. I just gave up and went to Stanford instead. This healthcare is embarrassing. Avoid sutter health at all costs.
Avoid the clinic. I've been a patient here for decades. My doctor was unavailable so I had no choice but to go to the clinic. My 10 minute visit cost me $590 because they considered me a "New Patient". The code they used was for new patients and specifies a complete history and a 45-59 minute consultation - which is not what I got. My complaint to Sutter Health was rejected. They do not operate in an ethical way.
Avoid Sutter Health altogether as they are daylight robbers (as one user put it well) whose only interest is to extract the maximum amount of money from you by claiming ridiculous amounts from the insurance and administering unnecessary tests. If you think about visiting this center due some specific doctors here that appears to have good reviews online, think again. I am writing this review for my wife, who got charged a total of $676 for lab tests administered by the doctor (Sola/Tinuola Ademola) during a preventive visit.... read more
