This practice is very un-organized, they dont send out notifications about appointments, a few tines when I cam in they asked me why I was there when I was there for a follow up to a previous consultation.
Absolutely thrilled with this medical office. They listen, they care and they find solutions. Everyone in the office is compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. I feel lucky be a patient there.
Update… In my opinion this place has really gone downhill since Samantha left. I was not at all impressed with her replacement… I had an appointment the other day and she did not even listen to my heart or my lungs (and I’m a heart patient… Two years ago I had a double bypass and valve replacement,) and after making me wait a half an hour the visit lasted less than five minutes. I’ve already found another provider.
Unprofessional office staff.
