So focus does not allow you to converse eight as much as necessary to allow you to tell them your symptoms in appropriate manner. I felt like I was brushed through my entire visit and medical treatment was not provided in a timely manner for Scheduling.
Dr. Raphael is always informative, caring and doesn’t make me feel like I’m rushed or just a number. Her Medical Assistant Teresa also helps in making me feel heard, cared for and comfortable in knowing they have my back
Dr. Kathia Raphael and her team are remarkably caring individuals. You would do your self so much good taking Dr. Raphael as your doctor. She really listens.
The facility and support staff are great. Dr. Raphael is not. She and I aren’t the right fit. She pushes all kinds of tests and treatments. I’m old enough, 65, to know plenty and I educate myself. She wasn’t receptive to my knowledge. I’ve worked in the medical field and this isn’t a doctor I want for bigger health issues. Stick to the sniffles and it’s good. Won’t be returning.
