Very friendly staff and the Doctor is very good at what he does.
Refreshing to have a physician who sees his own patients without tossing them over to PA' & NP's. He carefully reviews the chart with the patient each visit.
I don't understand these comments about rudeness at this office. I've been seeing Dr Appiah for a very long time. I've never had an issue with him or the staff. He's always been extremely courteous and polite everytime i have been there. I have had to wait sometimes,but it's rare. He spends time with me and listens to my problems. He doesn't rush you out of the office. I don't know about these other people's experiences,but I've been going there I know over 25 yrs,and never had a problem,so go figure!
One Star and didn't even make it to an appointment. Extremely rude customer service. The previous reviews sure didn't lie. I was told the rude lady I spoke to was most likely the doctors wife. If that's the way they are going to talk and treat a a completely new patient then I wouldn't want them dealing with anything medical. Glad I wasn't even able to make it.
