Dr Tolbert has been my doctor since I was 14 years old. I’m 50 now and couldn’t imagine a better Doctor. The rest of the staff are wonderful too!

I'm not a patient here at the Hillsdale family practice but I was calling to get and give important information regarding my grandmothers receiding mental health that's been declining for years and they hung up the phone on me my grandmother is in her 80s and don't want nobody to know. They do not know what they doing.

This place is soo unprofessional at returning calls in a timely manner. I would Not recommend anyone going here when there is a pressing health issue as they take Forever To do anything to be of assistance. The place is awful and a wasted drive

Doctor’s here just want the money. They lack empathy and compassion for what they do. At my last appointment doctor entered texting on her phone and spent 5 mins with me. I was originally scheduled for a virtual visit and 2 hours before the visit was scheduled they called to say it needed to be in person. More notice would have been appreciated.

Save yourself the headache and go find another doctors office with doctors who actually care and get things done. I've had two issues recently that now has me switching to a new primary care office entirely. I had seen Gemika Parker last month (when normally Schultz is my primary but she was unavailable). She didn't even examine me for the issue i went in for. Instead told me i should see an OBGYN but that they "will probably just want to put you on birth control".
