This place sucks so rude and unorganized they leave u on hold for 15 min and u never see a dr its a medical assistant
This place does not care about their patients health! I have been trying to get referrals for the specialist and have been getting the run around. I call the office to ask, they just say that they don’t show that a referral has been requested even though I have seen the provider for that specific referral. When I ask the provider, they say “I’m just really backed up”. Why should this be an acceptable response? AMENDED: It took posting the below review here, letting the office know of the review, and asking to speak to the doctor who runs the group (whom you have to register as your primary) to inform him that I am prepared to also file with the California Medical Board for discrimination; before they CONSIDERED seeing my child (despite having originally saying they would). Do I want to take my disabled adult child to a doctor's office that wanted to reject them based solely on "policy"? Of course not. But we are not in a position ... read more
