Number 1, I understand if miss appointment they only give you a last chance….. we had to go to the ER on date of last appointment…..called doc office and they wouldn’t accept that and refused to see again So we went to doc office where we are appreciated Number 2, we left in 2024 and all settled with office then July 2026 I get a bill for $116.33 and threat to send to collection….. I went by and the clerk that takes payments said she didn’t know what it was as UMMC owns office now…… came back and she denied she couldn’t take... read more
This rating is for the care. The waiting room could stand an update. But for the main point of going here they have excellent care givers.
Dr Kirk and Nurse Barbara, are the best, we will see if the buy out is better or patient care. Only discrepancy of email addresses. It would be nice to have.
Overall, everyone was very nice and helpful. Rachel Sledge (the nurse practitioner) was great, and she also took the time to answer all of my questions. Finally, I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment either. However, I did go on a Friday afternoon, so I'm not sure if that's always the case. I definitely plan to continue using UMMC Family Medicine.
