Called to get records/bloodwork from a few years ago and was told if it's been more than 3 years that they have no way to access that information. Are you kidding? lol. I work at a veterinarian's office and I can pull bloodwork/records for patients from 10 years ago. Absolutely ridiculous, I'm honestly in disbelief
I’ve been going to this clinic for probably close to 20 years. I started seeing Dr. Spencer first, then Dr. Helmhout; and have now been seeing Dr. Kirk the last 10+ years, who my wife also sees. We love this clinic and Dr. Kirk is awesome, she actually listens to what’s going on with you. I’ve never had a bad experience that I can think of, and never any insurance/bill related issues. Rude staff. Long wait times, no call backs for prescription refills. Very disappointing.
One of the nurses there is very rude! I've had several patients complain about her. (No compassion)
