SMH. It's not worth coming here unless you like rude office staff. And your provider talks about you in a negative way. Even before you leaving the exam room. She said I was exhausting as a patient. She said this in front of her office staff. I heard this comment as I leaving the exam room, and I was very upset. They are so unorganized, and unprofessional as well. I am glad I left the practice. I had a sour taste in my mouth. And not coming here ever again. Go somewhere else.
Just left the office. Had an appt for a required vaccine for my child. After being treated extremely rude by a nurse i was informed they do not perform vaccines there ( i had called and discussed hetting his shots up to date when schheduling the appt) Horrible experience and a waste of time. Zero stars if i could
Worst Doctors office I've ever been to. Dismissive and rude throughout the whole office staff, which also has a weird catty dynamic. I would avoid at all costs. Is rather sit for a week waiting in the Hemet hospital ER rather step foot in this horrid, judgmental place ever again.
It's a goods doctor for a couple years and O'Brien was incredibly rude every time I ever had to see her. And in fact the last time I went I had gone in for shortness of breath, My stomach was making weird bubbling sensations, and I haven't eaten a couple days. She sent me home saying it was anxiety I just learned today after watching YouTube video about all my symptoms, that actually had pneumonia. I’ve never been treated this horrible anywhere. I just had a miscarriage in December and I thought I was pregnant in the beginning of February bcuz I had symptoms and I was testing positive. I went to do a pregnancy test here and I saw the Nurse Practitioner S Kaur. I did a urine test and she said it came back negative (that there was only one line) I asked to check it and she said that “she’s knows how to read a pregnancy test” she let me check it and there was another line very light tho.
