This was my first visit here. Went for Urgent Care. From the person who checked me in, to the nurse who took me back and Scott Brown the PA who treated me, the attention and care provided was stellar!
This place is a joke, when they first opened it seemed like it was going to be a good thing and I was excited about their proximity to where we live. However shortly after opening operations went downhill quickly. Most importantly thier walk-in clinic rarely takes walk-ins, even though the parking lot and waiting room are empty. Definitely don't waste your time leaving a message as you'll NEVER get a call back.
My Dr is great, the rest of staff are very rude, they act as if you are wasting their time when you go in for a visit. Needed to get my prescription sent to pharmacy and they were very rude, took a week to get sent in. Dr ordered it when I was in office, for some reason the nurse or whoever waited to send in. I called every day, extremely rude each time.
Can’t go here they don’t have doctors that like to stay, so 2027 is the soonest appointment, don’t waste your time
As a trucker I been on the road for 3 weeks , sick as a dog. I went in Saturday, 12/20/25 what a wonderful experience. The kindness and compassion exhibited by the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you all so much.
