Nothing wrong with the doctors but 45 minute wait times on hold are the norm, not the exception.

Have been seeing Dr.Fierro for the past few years and she is wonderful. Spends time with you, answers questions and gets back to you if you call or email her quickly. Her nurse Michelle is fantastic also. The office staff is friendly and professional . Very happy with my care given by all.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences every visit. Whether seeing Dr. Parker, other physicians, or going in for testing it’s been wonderful. Never a long wait, everyone or polite and professional, and I feel heard.

I met with a PA and she was wonderful and helpful. However, getting this appointment and following up on my medication was a deeply disappointing experience. I spent 45 minutes on hold just trying to get the appointment, I waited a week to follow up on my medication because the PA told me to call back then if I hadn't heard anything, and I spent 30 minutes on hold before anyone picked up. Very disappointed with our experience at Dr. Kamath’s office. We were scheduled for a pain management appointment over a month in advance, and while the long wait was frustrating, we understood since we were new patients. We received a reminder the day before, filled out all the forms, and confirmed the appointment. Then, on the day of the appointment, the office called to say the doctor needed to reschedule.
