Horrible service from reception here. I have worked in reception, in the service & hospitality industry, and working with the general public for over a decade. I know how difficult people can be to work with, so keeping that in mind I really appreciate receptionists and am respectful and courteous whenever I make a phone call. This is the second time here when I've been blown away by the rudeness with the same receptionist. my experience at this hospital was not good, because i not feeling good with the doctors and the other stuff, because don’t feeling good with them, speak and her attitude was cold and all the time i was alone at the room,

My experience was good I liked my nurse who was there when I delivered my son she was so nice to me she hold me when I got my epidural 🥺 I don’t remember her name but I want to say thank you from the bottom Of my heart
