Horrible service from reception here. I have worked in reception, in the service & hospitality industry, and working with the general public for over a decade. I know how difficult people can be to work with, so keeping that in mind I really appreciate receptionists and am respectful and courteous whenever I make a phone call. my experience at this hospital was not good, because i not feeling good with the doctors and the other stuff, because don’t feeling good with them, speak and her attitude was cold and all the time i was alone at the room,

My experience was good I liked my nurse who was there when I delivered my son she was so nice to me she hold me when I got my epidural 🥺 I don’t remember her name but I want to say thank you from the bottom Of my heart

I come in with my mother to the Emergency room, waiting behind a doctor too finish his conversation and literally jest about other patients that have entered. And the nurses or receptionist always laughing and always to be seem to have a good time while I sit here waiting 1 hour and more to get my mother seen! I tried to be polite to interrupt their conversation, when I was rudely over looked so they may continue their playful unprofessional conversation.
