This is our primary care clinic. Love our doctor, Robin Gruen. The clinic has a lab on site which is so convenient. Personnel is very friendly & helpful.
This office has been a disaster!!! They have lost paperwork dismissed my issues and constantly have to be called about where a referral is. They won’t schedule appointments now if you don’t know your insurance even if it’s just a change in one employment to another. I was calling to push my children check up a couple of weeks out due to my insurance starting with another company and they said they won’t make an appointment for me until they can verify the insurance. Ironically I'm terrified of doctors, but Dr. Gruen and RN Amanda I know I can trust. The staff here is always super helpful and easy to talk to, even when I'm scared. Thank y'all for being patient with this patient!
My wife called to get an appointment for my son to get his finger looked at from a deepish cut on his finger and the lady she spoke with was rude to my wife and they did schedule the appointment but said they wouldn't see him unless we brought in our custody agreement since my wife is his stepmom. She has taken him there before and never been asked for this before. smh.
