How this place has a 1* review IDK - but this is a real review. I’m a new patient - and this was the best MD visit I’ve had in Florida and probably in general in the past 10 years. 2 hours today - (only spent 5 minutes waiting because of paperwork) and saw 2 different providers. Talk about thorough. Did more for me in 2 hours than the Uber high priced concierge medicine place I went to before here. Was referred here by another patient. Dr. Malik is very professional and courteous and I give him a 5 star, however, his staff doesn't even deserve a negative star. They lack professional courtesy and need to have a refresher course on patient care. The scheduling department needs to stop overbooking patients and give Dr. Malik time to see the patients for their scheduled appointments instead of making them wait almost 2 hours after their scheduled time with no information on what might be taking the Dr. so long.
