Karen is extremely rude. Every interaction with her is awful.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Danielle as my provider but the lady (Karen, I believe is her name) at the front desk is incredibly rude. I went in to schedule my appointment and she kept talking over me every-time I’d try to say/ask something. Very condescending attitude. When I walked in and said I needed a prior auth sent to my insurance for my prescription she responded by saying “Don’t these insurance companies realize they make so much extra work for us!” She made me feel as though I was a burden even though that IS their job. Front desk staff are super rude, specially if you're talking to them over the phone. Only have one doctor that can see patients so they are always super booked out. Have to wait around 3-4 weeks to be seen.
