The clinic doesn't know how to bill properly.They'd like to hem you up so you get sent to collections! Nasty atmosphere at this clinic, front staff, extremely rude.Doctor doesn't do her job to try to get your prescriptions.Filled or an alternative.You have to do their due diligence with the insurance companies.And then when you call them back, they get mad, when your insurance companies are saying it's the doctor's office is the problem! Wouldn't take my dog to this clinic? I've seen how they treated my clients. Very poorly.
Terrible. In process of finding new drs. It's been three weeks since my daughter got her blood work done. Last Monday they said they got it after I had to do their job for them and call the hospital to have it faxed. Said Danielle will review on wed. Well here comes Thursday so I again ask where is the blood work and was told they just got them today .hmm funny cuz Monday same person said they had them then.
