The doctors are great but some of the nurses/receptionist are extremely rude, uncaring, and make you feel dumb for calling with questions Or to refill your script
Horrible clinic. Won't give test results, won't answer the phone, won't return a phone call. Can't wait to switch in October.
Ok I love Danielle & she’s been my provider for years. Unfortunately her office staff are just terrible and do things to intentionally cause issues with your care and I just can’t be subjected to it anymore. Karen should be fired. She’s horrible to people. Now Karen is intentionally blocking me from being able to even make an appointment.
Doctors are great. Front staff is rude and unwelcoming.
