Had a video follow-up call with Dr. Romero but he never called back. No way to reach the hospital in an effective manner despite calling back at the same callback number provided. Would NOT recommend
This is the worst hospital.some of these ppl are here to sit on the behinds and get a check for doing nothing.
If you have an appt at 10:45 be expected to be seen at 11:45. Dr Nazik Al-Hasimi doesn’t sound like she knows exactly what she is doing. I made a telephone follow up regarding my lab results and it sounded she was in a rush. The front desk is okay but I personally feel like they can do better by greeting customers instead of being on their phones. Idk I’m looking to switch offices only because I just don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore and it’s very sad. Hopefully in the future you guys improve.
