The billing office sent me a screaming letter (All CAPS) threatening me over a $21 dollar balance, when I had never even seen a single bill!!! Really??!!! Very offensive and Extremely Unprofessional.... I've been going there for almost 7 years, but I'm not sure if I'll ever go back.
Checked-in online at 7:00pm, it tells me a 17 minute wait. 5 minutes later alerts us to check-in. We arrive at 7:20 to check-in. We don't get called back until 8:30 out by 8:40. Fast once seen but an hour wait, seriously!!!!
I love my doctor Marc Irwin and his staff but I've got to say that when Care Express advertises that they're open 24/7 they should have to disclose that they charge an "after hours" fee even if you don't see a doctor. Even my insurance says it's not a valid charge so it's totally my responsibility. Next time I get sick on the weekend I'll have my husband drive me to Amarillo instead!
Been seen for years but lately the Care Express personnel have been rude, uncaring, and not helpful. There response is "we can't do much on the weekends like lab work or anything so if you are still concerned try the ER." ER's are for emergency medical attention not for people with stomach bugs. They were happy to take my money though and say not much we can do to help!
It was a great experience I was really sick and they took great care of me..
