Read entire comment* I have been going to this office this the 2000’s like maybe 2002 this practice was part of Alantic care I followed them there now during the period they left Alantic which they spoke a lot about on Nextdoor no one was able to get appointments with them bc of this change and this wasn’t a couple months change over it was a long period of time mind you. My son is a special needs child and needed to see a pediatric doctor. The doctor and office was listed as eligible provider. It was so painful to be denied treatment within my plan and be told to go and pay out of network when this doctor could have seen him. The office staff was very compassionate and concerned but it was out of her control. My son is moderate mental delays, he cooperated for the out of network to do the exam. I explained all this but yet this doctor showed no compassion and concern. Shame on you.
