My wife hasn't been to the doctor for 4 years. Since it has been so long, the doctors office said she was considered a new patient. Since she is a new patient the doctor can't see her for 2 months. We need service today. Highly disappointed. We have been using family medicine center for 10 yrs. No longer.
The staff and Dr's are caring and compassionate.
Ladies at the front desk are rude and hateful. They seriously act like they don’t want to schedule an appointment. I asked to speak with the doctor over the Office to try to See if they were any better and maybe I could still schedule an appointment and she honestly seemed like she could care less. I was referred by a friend to go there cause they said it was really good but after Talking to them on the phone it just seems like a place that really does not want to do their job and they seem like they’re in a bad mood.
