Definitely try and find a different place if your insurance covers it. The desk ladies especially the blonde one are so rude. They tell you and confirm with you an appt time but then when you go in they say "your appt was actually at *time*" they always do this nearly everytime. Causing several missed appts. And they try to blame you for it on top of it. Definitely the rudest people there.
14 years ive been with univ family medicine. What a wonderful and very thorough group of people. They care! Love you Dr. Williams!!
The blonde lady at the front desk is very disrespectful and just rude.
Ive only had the best experiences here. Not sure what all the awful reviews are about. I’ve had X-rays, OBGYN appointments, prescriptions started and refilled, physicals, referrals, and various tests done here. Sometimes I have to get squeezed in on very short notice and they ALWAYS accommodate. Through the couple of years I’ve gone here I’ve changed insurances, lost insurance, etc and the doctors, nurses, and LVNs always do everything they can to keep the prices low and recommend products under whatever insurance. ...This clinic has the privilege to have Doctor Christine Sjoquist on its medical staff. Dr. Sjoquist is one of the most superior physicians that I have ever met. An intelligent and scholarly physician, able to actively listen; who sincerely cares. Her examinations of my concerns are exemplary. Dr. Sjoquist is a stand-out physician due to her unique display of kindness and compassion. She is a role model for the future generation of health care providers.
