Dr. Reagan Summers is a young, pro-active physician. I am a 56-year-old female who has never had a primary care physician like her. Everyone in this office is extremely competent and understanding. I believe it's the way that we as patients present ourselves and ask questions that will get you the kind of care that you really need. Be your own advocate.
1.27.23: The worse center ever! The Office could use lots of CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES. So rude, and offish. This company need to use outside services to answer the phone so that patients can get appointments fast and easy. This way no one has to deal with the lousy office people on the phone. 11.9.24: I'm sure some customer services training would benefit all new and old offices staff in every facility.
