Worst front desk.. she is missing the checkin process for the patients… we reached exactly at 1:15 and couple of people have come after us but she did checkin for them first and upon request she did ours. She completely forgot about us…
Don’t make an appointment online. I had an appointment booked for 8 and got a call at 7:55 that they were double booked. I made the appointment at 7:35. The front desk seemed as if it was no big deal and just showing up later was an acceptable fix to the problem. I’m through with this place.
Came in today for my 1st IV treatment and Tammy was amazing. She explained the whole process to me and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Tammy
