Would not recommend. This place has 1 start because it's located close to my house. But overall experience is not great. They can easily have lost you lab results, can proscribe some really weird testing in scope of annual exam(designed for senior people) just because they think it's covered by insurance and ended up it's not. And this is pain to deal with them if you need to change your farmacy and transfer prescription... Doctors will not get back to you ti go over your results. They are not reliable. They will also try to upcharge you to do more appointments and each one will be separate so insurance deductible for each one.
Dr. Reddy and everyone I have encountered at this office are fabulous people! I highly recommend them. Dr. Reddy is one of my favorite doctors, and at my age, I have been to plenty. I don’t give reviews very often, but when I do, they are genuine and heartfelt.
Dr is very good, nurses and other staff is excellent. Very painful when it comes to billing. They send lab works to some random place and then that place will charge you for $1000 of tests which usually cost less than $100. And wont even tell you about the piece. I think it’s intentional setup to mislead people people with that type billing system showing in network and then And later sending out of network bill. ***Be cautious***
I dont usually like to write negative reviews but I'm quite disappointed with the care and followup I have received here. The provider Ive seen is Veena Reddy. I am prescribed a couple medications, one of them being a shampoo and it has been impossible to get my provider to refill it. I have requested twice so far through my pharmacy and called this practice 3x. It has been almost 2 weeks of trying to get this refilled.
