TL;DR: DO NOT go here unless you want to be rushed, ripped off/fraudulently billed, and don’t care about your medical privacy. As annoyed as I was I didn’t want to write a review when I left my appointment, but dealing with them has continued to be a disaster and I don’t know if it’s more incompetence or fraudulence or equal parts both but other people should be warned. PLEASE read the 1 star reviews on Google of Family Medicine Austin. They have a 2-year+ history of allegedly scamming patients. In my case, the office pushed the "Health Grades" screening and insisted it would be FREE (as they have done repeatedly according to the other reviewers!!) I now have a bill of over $1,500 which I cannot afford for a service I didn't need. The office claims this is a billing error. I would love to believe this.
