I have had rude service from this office staff in the past, but today I spent over 75 minutes trying to schedule an appointment for a simple Flu Shot today. I was disconnected twice and never received a call back. I spent a total of 45 minutes on hold during three different attempts. I changed to Rush from Advocate medical group and am really not accustomed to such crappy service.

I really like the care the Dr. has given me. Something about the wait time. Today I went in at 9:16 am. My appointment was at 10. It’s still 10:16 am now and have not been seen. So many people have gotten here after me and have been called back already. So what’s the point of coming extra early if im not going to be seen a little early or at least on time.
