Extremely pleased with every aspect of Virginia Mason Bainbridge. Great care, rare wait times. My primary provider Jonathan Medina is exceptional and a great listener. Every aspect of the care provided has been top notch.
I went early in the morning, covid screening at the door, quick and easy and straight to a room, in and out with x-rays included within 30 minutes.
It can be hit or miss. Sometimes you can get helped right away, other times you sit in the waiting room or on hold for what feels like hours. The doctors are good and staff is friendly, it can just move a bit slow sometimes.
