The office is absolutely gorgeous. You are welcomed with smiles from the time you walk into until you leave. The assistant and dentist were not in a rush to get you in and get you out. I felt like I was at home. You choose what channel to watch, you sit in a massage chair, and the dentist is the one who cleans your teeth. Very friendly staff and in/out very quickly
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place - everyone was super sweet and helpful. I've already told my husband he HAS to go there, and would recommend this dentist to anyone. Everything was state of the art, clean, and professional. Very conservative in treatment recommendations (they don't try to make you do more than what's needed). Best dental experience ever!
The most thorough dentist exam I have ever had! The office staff were very helpful and made us feel at ease. My son, he hates going to the dentist, loved the visit and cant wait to go back!
I have been to two other practices in the Woodlands, both of whom I felt were more interested in the services they could charge than they were in my dental health. After being especially disappointed by another area provider, I made an appointment with Dr. Erika. While I did, in fact, need some of the services recommended by this other doctor, she made me comfortable with my treatment plan. When I walked into the Office, I was blown away by the atmosphere. I immediately felt welcome and found the staff to be very inviting and interested in my well being. I only went in for a cleaning and exam to get everything checked out. The state of the art equipment was very appealing. As I was getting my teeth cleaned, i enjoyed a massage in the dental chair while watching ESPN. It was a wonderful dental experience! I really enjoyed the vibrating, heated chairs. I felt very relaxed when I was finished. I loved the bottled waters in the waiting room, and the new patient gift with the whitening pen. The staff was extremely friendly, and the doctors were very kind. Also, I love new type of xray machine! It was much quicker. Wonderful overall experience!
This was my first visit to Sterling Ridge and I was dreading it since I haven't been to the dentist in 3 yrs. I was very relaxed with the massage chair and headphones. The experience was very pleasant. Dr Ericka worked with me to find a cheaper alternate which will buy me a few years. I apprecicated this very much. I'm ready to go back for the massage!
