I truly appreciate the Services and Professional Care that I received from Staff, Nurses and Doctors at BMC Family Medicine over the years. Dr. Keri Sewell, Nurse Practioner Katherine Chambers and the rest of the Staff members have been on point, on time and in season. They truly get the job done from start to finish. Boston Medical is one of the best hospitals in North America. Drs. and Staff are kind and proficient.
Will waste your time with unnecessary apts. wasted 3 months of my time waiting on a simple form while running back and forth for useless visits, and they let me know the week of the deadline (which i told them about) that i would need to see a specialist for the form. A specialist that books months in advance. The people at the front desk aren’t the brightest, and the psychiatry team is a joke.
