Will waste your time with unnecessary apts. wasted 3 months of my time waiting on a simple form while running back and forth for useless visits, and they let me know the week of the deadline (which i told them about) that i would need to see a specialist for the form. A specialist that books months in advance. The people at the front desk aren’t the brightest, and the psychiatry team is a joke.

Ever since I joined the START program, I have been met with some fantastic and supportive people who genuinely care about helping me and others live a life of dignity. From Kristin, Megan H, Meghan, Thomasina, Jerry, Rachel, Lauren, Joseli, Justin, and the fantastic Dr. Baldwin. You achieve and learn as long as you are willing to put the effort. Supportive of ALL who want help at whatever stage someone is at!
On the phone and at the front desk they misled me about the cost of my appointment. They billed me over $300 without informing me of the cost when I asked. I would have never taken this appointment had I known the co-pay. Now I am dealing with collections.
It almost takes an entire year to get scheduled to see a primary care doctor. I’ve been cancelled on three times because provider is sick, can’t make it and won’t be in. Always last minute too with the cancellations. This last time no one even contacted me about being canceled. I only realized I was after checking my MyChart. Now I call again today, lady tells me the provider wasn’t going to be in that day and that I’m on the list of being rescheduled but there’s no time on when that will happen. Still no solution.
