Dr Hamilton is great. Unfortunately, to schedule an appointment with him is, apparently, impossible without sharing vivid details of your ailment with office staff over the phone. I spoke with Madison and Jacie (JC?) both and neither would allow me to make an appointment with Dr Hamilton (my PCP for years). Can I be forced to share my most personal medical details just to get in the door to my doctor? I'll have to look into the legality of that, but very disappointed and demoralized by this terrible experience.
Great location. Nice, clean facility. Pleasant reception from office staff. Loved meeting Marla Lehmann. Low rating is due to deceptive billing practices. I was disappointed to find that I was billed for an office visit when I had scheduled preventative care. On the phone, I was told I would have to come in twice, once to do labs and once for a complete physical/review of labs. This was fine with me as both services are 100% covered by my insurance.
