Dr.Reid is wonderful! My family has been going here for years and she is a thoughtful and caring doctor.
Jennifer Grillo is awesome! I have gone to her for a number of years. She always takes time to sit and talk with me. She genuinely cares about her patients. If I need a medication refill I call and it’s always filled within a few hours. I have other family members who go to her and are very pleased with the care she gives.
Just tried to schedule an appointment, the receptionist had a I don't care attitude and said that they would call me back, well that was 4 hours ago. Really disappointed because I did like Dr. Reid but now I will have to search for a new doctor that's accepting new patients and will probably have to wait 4 months to get an appointment
Dr. Grillo and this practice is warm, welcoming and helpful! When I call they are effective and get back to me in a timely manner. Whether I need a medication refill or have questions, they are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this practice!
I highly recommend this practice. Dr.Reid is very thorough and patient. I never feel like she is rushing to move on to the next patient and takes her time to listen to my concerns fully. Dr. Reid also has even responded to emails I've sent through the patient portal on weekends!
