Competent staff; friendly and responses fairly quickly. Requires multiple appointments to diagnose problems, X-rays, refill Rx, referrals and all basic care. Not the best alterative for those requiring multiple routine care who has a co-pay and deductibles for each primary care visit, has difficulty with transportation or a demanding working schedule. Appointment sign-in routine overly tedious and time-consuming particularly for follow-up visits and could be streamlined. Recommend for routine care.
The entire staff here is friendly, professional, and set the tone for a warm and caring atmosphere. Dr. Hallbauer really cares about his patients. He is an exceptionally gifted physician, and has truly been a Godsend! I highly recommend this team!

We love Dr. Hallbauer. He has taken excellent care of our daughter since she was a newborn. Our whole family now sees him. It's is so nice to truly have a family doctor. ❤️❤️

I had an appointment scheduled today for a procedure. Once I arrived early I did have a wait. Although, being in healthcare I know things happen beyond our control. Once in the room, I was told that Dr. Hallbauer only performs procedures on Thursday’s. This was a Friday. My only day off from work. She must have explained my situation and that I had stated upon scheduling my reason for coming to the office.. He entered and said that he would set up and perform the procedure.
