I've been a patient of this practice for almost 20 years over the last five years getting ahold of my actual doctor has been near impossible. Most recently it took me a year and a half to get a sleep study scheduled and when I showed up for my 2nd appointment, I wasn't even on their schedule. I never received a phone call, email, or even an update to my online chart to notify me that my appointment was going to be canceled. I will be looking for another family practice.

**2/28/23 This will be my last update to this review as the service has gotten so terrible with promises of callbacks not being kept my whole family is leaving**!**1/23/21 Since they have started using the suma phone answering line it is very hard to get anyone to answer and when they do answer they are unfamiliar with the office** All of the doctors that I have seen at family medicine associates have been very professional and thorough. I’ve been going here for at least 20 years. All the doctors are very professional and know there stuff. I love it here! Dr. Kranz is the best!
