I wouldn’t even let my dog go here. The only thing good about the specific practice is Dr. Thomas
I have always had positive experiences with this office. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. Wait times are short and it’s easy to get an appointment. I saw the Nurse Practitioner yesterday and she was awesome!! Very down to earth. It was like talking to a friend. Great experience!!!
I am diabetic and had an appointment today. I had renewed my insurance with a company that said my doctor was in they're network, but they weren't and they refused to see my because I couldn't pay the full office visit. I've been going there for 15 years, time to find a new doctor's office.
Charging to fill out federal form should be illegal
The Clover office has the rudest receptionist. I had an appointment this morning....I had a print out of my appointment and she argued with me that I didn't. She wouldn't even let me do my blood work. I was so pissed. Horrible customer service!!!! I ended up calling back there and demanding they send my papers for the lab work to the York office and I went there. Do not go to the Clover office!!!!
This is for Dr. Thomas office on 321 York. Dr. Thomas nurse DOES NOT respond to phone calls. She leaves me hanging not knowing whats going on with my prescription. I'm doing all the leg work and phone call with the insurance company - I got the preapproval code and now it up to dr. Thomas to call into my drug store with prescription and approval code. I love dr Thomas but the nurse is slow and non responsive and only get her recording (leave a message)
Always helpful. Saw several different Dr.s, But Dr. S. Villamore & Dr. Charlene Furr are my favorites. They make u feel like they care.
