Absolutely unorganized staff! The doctor called and said our $55 physical forms (that I provided) were ready to be picked up. Went in and had to wait 45 mins for them to find the wrong forms. I will not be going back to this office!
I LOVE Dr. Mason! I have never had such thorough doctor. She has saved my life more than once! All of the staff are friendly and professional.
The most outrageous charges I have ever seen! They charged 100.00 for injection administration! Ridiculously overpriced AFTER insurance. The doctors were not hands on and involved and they ran up my bill without going over it for me. Practically gave no option as to what I could and couldn’t do and never went over prices for anything.
This is the worst place ever. They took forever and then charged me for something that my insurance covered 100% and when I tried to call to fix the problem, they never got back to me BUT they continued to call me to try to get the money. Also received multiple letters. Even a few that were addressed to me, but when I opened them, it was written out to someone else and wasn’t even any of MY information. I love Dr. Jeski, but the rest of "doctors" are lacking. I have a brown recluse spider bite and they refused to treat me and then charged me and my insurance for just looking at me for about 2 minutes. I had to go to the urgent Care right next door to get treated. Horrible service and rude people. Save time and money in the long run. Just go to the urgent Care next door.
I drive a LONG way to go here. My son is a patient of Dr Mason and I of Dr Asher (son started going first then I saw Asher in after hours and decided to just stick with him) Both Dr's are AMAZING. Like my son has to have a hard script once a month so I drive the 40 min to get it, kind of amazing. I pass many offices to get here and have no plans of changing.

While I had an initial billing issue where I was charged for something I was told (by 3 people) I would not be charged for, the office manager promptly called me back to work towards a resolution once she was aware there was an issue. My son, who had a sinus infection and double ear infection, had actually enjoyed his visit with Dr Dalton because he took out the time to make a personable connection with him. Horrible! The finance office told me since I didn’t have the money to pay my co-payment (when I wasn’t informed of a co-payment when I arrived & my insurance card says that my co-payments are $0) then I won’t have the money to pay for Tamiflu & took my prescription when I have the flu. Just because I didn’t have a card on me, doesn’t mean that I don’t have the money to pay for my medication. The worst customer service I have ever received. Find another doctor! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS MONEY HUNGRY FACILITY!

I seriously question the validity of Dr. Dalton's licence to practice medicine as well as this facility to call itself a "medical" clinic. After my PCP retired, I thought I would try someome close. Made 3 visits to FMA. Visit #1 - Met Dr. Dalton who ordered lots of ( in-house drawn) labs and spent 10 mins trying to convince me to have a sleep study - which I had done previously and was fine - and declined.
