There's a line between friendly and professional that was successfully crossed. Perhaps you could round off the corners of the lead back ground thing in my mouth for x-rays. Those corners really were the only thing that was really uncomfortable.
From my first contact on the phone I was treated like an old friend, and this was my feeling throughout my visit. You and the staff were the first to explain what was going on, what was wrong and how treatment would continue. Keep up the good work!
We are new to this dentist. We're treated nice , yes. Is she the best dentist? Only time will tell. Machinic and dentist have this simularity the most important thing for the consumer is the job last a long time. Nothing makes me more angry is when I take my car in the shop with a funny noise or won't start pay hundreds of dollars to fix, and the next morning you go outside and the car won't start or the noise is still there. Better to ask me this question next year. Thank you.
I actually look forward to going to the dentist.
The office staff is friendly and efficient. I really like the paperless office.
