I loved how welcoming everyone is here. Doctor Hall was extremely nice. He took the time to talk to me and I really felt like he cared I highly recommend this dentist!!
The staff was helpful, courteous, and efficient. The specialists- hygienist and orthodontist- were knowledgeable, professional, and ensured that I understood all options available to me as well as assisted me with developing a treatment plan. Furthermore, after I spoke with a rep from my dental insurance company re: what information needed to be submitted to maximize my benefit, the staff at Hall & Butterfield were accommodating and stated they would submit the paperwork as requested. While I’m sure it’s not the most fun you can have on any given morning, my experience at H&B yesterday was great! Professional, caring team who really know what they’re doing. If you need dental work of any kind, these are the guys.
