Dr. Hall is great, I feel at ease when we are communicating and has a good bedside manner. On the other-hand I had difficulty with the nurse because she spoke in broken English and talked too fast. I need to communicate better with the nurse and I didn't.

They were ready for me at time of appointment. Staff friendly and very competent. Dr Hall easygoing and professional. It's a pleasant, comfortable office without expensive looking interior decorating and multiple TV screens. This reassures me that I am not paying for a bunch of frou-frou; and I appreciate a quiet haven while I am waiting for medical care.
