Went in to have an annual wellness exam and address some other health issues for a referral. Recieved what was supposed to be a run-of-the-mill blood draw for a CBC and left with a MASSIVE hematoma that left me bruised and severely sore for over a week. The doctor and the nurse assisting her were phenomenal. The front desk women and the women who answer the phones were extremely rude, and unhelpful. I know I’ll be finding another care physician once everything is said and done.

My first time going here rather than the one in Dewey because they are having trouble keeping providers and I can see why. I have great concerns over the legal lines they seam to ride and professionalism in which healthcare providers should be able to have a full grasp of. The office staff ran around flirting and laughing rather than doing their jobs. I sat in the office for 2.5 hours for a checkup. Is there a zero rating for this place? The practicing provider (I don't know if Lonnie was a NP or a PA) has zero follow-up skills and i would challenge that she follows standard practice of care. She aspirated a bursitis and told me the swelling would not go do without the procedure. She did not tell me she may introduce an infection with this invasive procedure. I subsequently experienced that ibuprofen reduced the inflammation and swelling (no aspiration required).
