Great customer care! Everyone that I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The snacks and beverages provided were a nice touch too. The PA was able to give provide me with a diagnosis and material to support that diagnosis.
Great facility. This is the 3rd time that I've gone to this location and have been extremely pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked through the door the receptionist greeted me and ensured that she had the necessary information. The triage nurse took me back immediately, took my vitals, and got me situated in a room. The nurse practitioner took her time and conducted a complete assessment and responded to my concerns.
I have been seeing the doctors at Family Medical Walk In - Chino Valley 2 for several years now and have nothing but great things to say about this place. I have found them to be so knowledgeable, any questions I have come to them with they have been able to answer in depth. I now bring both my sons to here as well and appreciate their bedside manner with them. My 2 year old loves going to see the doctor here at Family Medical Walk In - Chino Valley 2. I would recommend them to anyone.
I love Dr Tina! She has a wonderful attitude and she takes time to listen to you! Her staff are friendly and effecient as well. So happy I found this place.
