I had a tele-med appointment on 06/26/20. I waited for 30+ minutes on a video call for no one to show up. I called the office on monday and was told the provider is not comfortable doing a tele-med appointment for my issue. I only needed a test kit ordered because there was a virus outbreak in our home. Any time i have to go into the office for an appointment i have to wait around 45 minutes for a provider, that i see for less than 5 minutes. Took my daughter to get her stitches out the doctor had me holding my daughter down dr. Almost cut me two different times with her exacto blade was very apologetic but very un professional. She's then continue to send us home with tweezers for me to finish taking them out on my own... NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN... I'LL TAKE MY CHANCES IN THE VALLEY
Staff is great, my husband was seen quickly by NP HEIDI SHE WAS EXCELLETNT!!
My doctor is Dana she's great. Office staffing could use some improvements.
