The wait times can be long but I have had only good experiences with the GPs here, who are attentive, friendly, and go the extra mile to help. It’s worth the cost. The receptionists are also friendly.
Booked an appointment for 11AM and arrived promptly. There were already 3 people waiting in front of me, and after an hour of waiting, my consultation started. An hour of waiting is unacceptable and the practice is nothing special. I left my kids in the car with the windows open thinking it wouldn't take long. After over an hour, they were left fussed, annoyed and angered due to this prolonged time. It took so long they fell asleep. Additionally, the secretary is not the nicest person on Earth.
Fabulous medical centre. Been coming here for 2 years now. Always friendly and very small wait times. Highly recommend this practice
