Cancelled me an hour and half before I was due to be seen having purposefully booked that exact date and time. Didn't attempt to help me find another slot, just said to call around other clinics. Really disappointing experience
Absolutely horrible now i dont want to name names but one male doctor who works there, actually i will name, doctor adams. He is horrible and so rude. I deal with anxiety and he assumed i was lying because i supposedly 'dont dress like i have anxiety'. I dress the way i do to escape what i have been going through since i was young, and he dares to say "im not a princess and i shouldnt get everything i want'? LIKE EXCUSE ME? ABSOLUTELY RUDE. The wait times can be long but I have had only good experiences with the GPs here, who are attentive, friendly, and go the extra mile to help. It’s worth the cost. The receptionists are also friendly.
