Don’t change offices-otherwise they hold your records hostage unless you pay them-even though they’re not their personal health records. “By law we CAN charge” okay, cool but you don’t HAVE to...you just choose to...I suppose I shouldn’t have ever switched to your office because my other office sent my records to you for FREE.
Nothing like calling your dr for you inhaler prescription just to be told “ one inhaler every 90 days per office policy” even though it should be every 30 days......funny how an office Policy over rules the FDC? I think not! The want you to come in for every sniffle just so they can charge your insurance. CLEARLY MY ASTHMA IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM! I AM DISGUSTED! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS THIS HAPPENED! 😡😡
They are one way over the phone and another in person. Wish their personal treatment would match there over the phone treatment. Is this really what health care has turned into?
I have been with FMMC for over 14 years. I have always been happy with the treatment and service. My husband and children go there as well. We recently had our third child and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The late office hours are very beneficial with my husband and I being working parents.
