Took my height and weight and made me wait over a hour and a half in the small room for the doctor just to get lab results. Rude when I asked why I’m waiting so long, so I’m writing this as I wait. Finding another place.
If I could give 0 star I would. This office has by far the most unprofessional, rudest, and very disrespectful staff. They absolutely have no idea what they are doing. Without notifying me, They cancelled my cardio appointment twice because they “weren’t able to” get authorization from my insurance. I show up at the place and they tell me, you have no appointment. When I questioned them, both times the manager apologized and said your insurance doesn’t require approval for cardio, staff just couldn’t figure it out. Without c... read more
First off DO NOT GO HERE because wait times are a long time, and if they try to prescribe you something you do not want its as if they force it on you. If you do not want to hand in the paper just shred it and throw it out elsewhere. Secondly They need to stop talking to the other employees while on the phone with you, cause now they make people think they're saying something else to you.
