If the staff were as accommodating and as nice as the doctors are, this office would not only have a much higher rating, they would still have my business. It’s frustrating enough when you’re told to wait while the front desk continues their own personal conversations, but the worst part of this office is the lack of phone etiquette. My recent experience was really bad with office members. I called them to give me an appointment or a script to do test for COVID because I was feeling symptoms. But the staff member told me that I have to go to urgent care. After I called them that urgent care is not taking my insurance ,so can they please give me at least a script to go some other place where I can do it if they don’t want me to come to the office. It’s a shame, the management here is giving the doctors and the whole establishment a terrible name and vibe. I spoke to a lady who called herself the “manager”. Never have spoken to someone so cold and careless about their customers. She seriously could not care less about maintaining their reputation and treated us like garbage. If she accommodated just a tiny bit, we would have continued giving them business. Honestly feel bad for the doctors who work there.
