I called my doctor because I was having problems with Stress and Anxiety and then the receptionist that got on the phone was very unprofessional and started yelling at me because I didn't know why the previous nurse transfer me to her. This only made it worse and my anxiety is through the roof. I will take legal action. Do not use this company

The doctors are good but I have multiple issues with the staff being incredibly rude! Will be finding a better practice!
While my doctor is a [business like] man, I do appreciate that about him. I am one that likes to get in the office and discuss what is necessary and get out. Only one star because I just called the office and Tanya or Tawna refuses to allow me to speak with any of doctor's brunks nurses. I got a call yesterday from his office regarding my lab results. Been going to this practice for 10 plus years Dr brunk and Dr turnbough have been nothing but professional and reliable dependable Drs for our family they've actually been more informative then even some specialists weve seen who move patients thru like cattle they do take the time and listen , I would highly recommend.
