I've been going here since I realized my last local doctor was running tests and charging my insurance for things they didn't do. I like doctor Nix and trust him.
Wonderful place and staff. Love Patrick Smith and Lori. Always take care of all our needs.
We have had problems with insurances and proper claims. Not on our end but on the side of FMG. My daughter could/would not be seen because of balance due and when FMG was questioned about it, they revealed errors on their end so... they tell us to send our daughter back up for the appointment... so we do... she drives all the way up there and they again turn her away as they are not seeing anymore patients. We are very disappointed in how we were treated... they do not seem to be able to get their act together.
They're always friendly and helpful. Thank you for being there when we need you.
