8 love my doctor they just take 30 years to call u for u to be seen by a doctor
Today AZA HEALTH went too far. One of their FNP ordered an MRI on April 15, 7 days ago. The order has sat on someone's desk and ignored for a week. It should have been sent to the Imaging Practice immediately and I could have seen the much needed surgeon days ago. I have called several times and one of their supervisors will not even give me the name of the owners. What are they afraid of? When they purposely make patients suffer that is not good medical care. What a freaking joke this place is!!! I have never felt more neglected than this place here. I have recently taken on my special needs cousin. I call the front desk and make it very clear she needs an in person appointment! She tells me oh she’s only doing Telehealth appointments. I made it clear that we need one in person she hasn’t been to a Dr. in years. She’s having pain in her abdomen area.
