Dr. Tikhonova seems to care a lot and is very thorough
Terrible doctor, if you have WCB, ICBC, Disability forms she tries to brush you off. We had a family doctor retire she takes over his practice for hardly a year, then moves her practice out of the Elgin medical clinic not passing it off to another doctor she takes all our files from Poco to North Van First she decided that she knew more than our 25 yr family doctor and would not at all help my dad with surgically rebuilt feet that are mostly steel and screws.
