Dr.thornton is the best Dr I've ever had. Kelly is the best nurse and greatest at drawing blood that I've ever had.
Dr. Janine is great. I experienced great difficulties and frustration with their billing department. I was told by insurance and the provider before proceeding that everything would be covered. This was not the case. After numerous calls with the provider, my insurance, and the lab who performed the tests, it came to my attention that the provider inputted the wrong code for the lab work resulting in it not being covered. When we went in person it was great, the doctor and staff were kind. It is what followed after that makes this review the way it is. It took a week for them to call back with my blood work results, when I was suppose to get them in a few days. I called three times and asked them to email me the results, they never did. They never billed my insurance for said lab work. They did not pick up the phone a few times when I called. First-rate care and first-rate people!
First and foremost, everyone in this office was so kind and eager to help. They were able to see me quickly even with a last minute reschedule on my part. The receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Tammy were all so inviting and genuinely listened to all of my concerns. They provided new solutions, a steady follow up plan and a referral to dig deeper into the issues I am having.
