Horrible customer service! Stay away. I have been been a loyal patient to the office since 1999 and my experience recently has been unbelievable. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and I was transferred around for about 45 minutes because they couldn't schedule an appointment due to her age, even though I have taken my daughter there since she was 10, she is now 17. They finally scheduled an appointment and when i arrived, they did not have her on the schedule. This made me very upset but they agreed to see her.... read more
Dr. Villaluz is an awesome doctor, but his office is WAY too busy. Expect a 1-3 hour wait in a packed waiting room. The parking lot isn't big enough, so you have to park down the block. This doctor is 1 of the very few that I trust and respect, so the wait is worth it.
